Because each of our figurines and artworks is meticulously handmade with love and precision, we maintain the following policy regarding returns and exchanges:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, artisanal nature of our products and the significant time required for creation and distribution, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

By purchasing from The Wool Creations, you acknowledge that each item is a unique piece of art. Minor variations in texture, color, and size are part of the charm of needle-felted creations and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our magical creations to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged (eg. torn apart) during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [woolcreations12@gmail.com ] with your order number and a evidence of the item and the packaging. We will review these on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. To ensure that you receive your felted creations as soon as possible, once an order has been placed, processing starts immediately. After this point, we can no longer offer a cancellation.
